Yirko Sivirich

Yirko Sivirich is a Peruvian male fashion designer. He studied business administration and, once he had finished his studies, he started work for the renowned Italian fashion label Ermenegildo Zegna, thus awaking his passion for fashion. Later he began studying fashion design at the recognized school Mod’Art de Lima, graduating with remarkable success. Soon afterwards, he launched his own brand with a collection which paved him the way towards some important fashion shows, such as New York, Chicago, Miami, Los Ángeles and Dominican Republic. After introducing his work across different countries and taking part to more than 13 international fashion shows, in 2013 Yirko Sivirich presented his first male collection at a catwalk show in his own country, during the Lima Fashion week, the most important fashion event in Perù. In this occasion, he presented his Autumn-Winter 2013-2014 collection, the same he had already launched in New York some weeks before thus becoming one of the new promising Peruvian fashion designers. In the same year, his collection “Mi Ica Querida” was chosen as the best collection in the Premios Luces of the newspaper El Comercio. A season later, his collection “Sierra” was elected the best in the LIF week, adding another success to his career as a designer. Further appreciation came from his following participation at Mercedes Benz Fashion Day in Bolivia, at the catwalk show Cali ExpoShow 2014, the most important fashion and beauty event in Latin America, Puerto Rico FashionIN and Miami Fashion Week on June 2016.
