Peruvian American designer, Nora del Busto was born and raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Nora received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and then received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. After working as an attorney for a few years, Nora decided to explore her creative side.

In March 2009, Nora was selected as one of six designers to participate in the Chicago Fashion Incubator at Macy’s. As a current designer in residence, Nora is actively working toward launching her first line for Spring 2010. Inspired by art and architecture, Nora’s designs are generally very sculptured and tailored with precise attention to detail. Her extensive travel throughout the world, including a year in Spain, continues to serve as a source of inspiration.
